For issues related to Polygon zkEVM, raise a support ticket through the Polygon Support portal, or check the knowledge base. You can also reach the support team on the #zkevm-support channel in the Polygon Discord server:
  1. Join the Polygon Discord server.
  2. Accept the invite sent via DM.
  3. Take the Member role under #roles.
  4. Navigate to the #zkevm-support channel.
